Create a NetBank Login on a Desktop Computer

  1. Go to NetBank.com.
  2. Find the green square in the upper left corner labeled “Login.”
  3. Click on “New User?”
  4. Create a username.
  5. Create a password that contains a mix of letters, numbers or symbols and is at least six characters long.
  6. Fill in your personal contact information.
  7. Click on the check box to accept the bank’s terms, which you can review in a new tab by clicking on “Terms & Conditions.”
  8. Click on “Complete Sign up.”

Create a NetBank Login on a Mobile Devise or Tablet

  1. Go to NetBank.com.
  2. Click on the green rectangle in the upper left corner labeled “Login.”
  3. A menu will slide in from the left.
  4. Click on “New User?”
  5. Follow steps No. 4 through No. 8 from the desktop instructions.

Create a NetBank Login Using the App

  1. Download the NetBank app from the Netbank website, iTunes or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and click on “Sign up” in the bottom left corner.
  3. Follow steps No. 4 through No. 8 from the desktop instructions.

How to Log In to an Existing Account

If you already have an account, it shouldn’t take more than a few seconds to access your information. To log in to your existing bank account, follow the instructions for your device.

How to Log In to NetBank on a Desktop Computer

  1. Go to NetBank.com.
  2. Look for the green square in the upper left corner labeled “Login.”
  3. Click on the “Secure Login” button.
  4. Enter your account username and password.
  5. Click on “Login.”

How to Log In to NetBank on a Mobile Phone or Tablet

  1. Go to NetBank.com.
  2. Click on the green rectangle in the upper left corner labeled “Login.”
  3. A menu will slide in from the left side of the screen.
  4. Click on the green “Login”  button.
  5. Enter your account username and password.
  6. Click on “Login.”

How to Log In to NetBank on the App

  1. Open the NetBank app.
  2. Enter your account username and password or click on the button next to “Save Online Banking ID,” which will turn green, for a faster login next time.
  3. Click on “Login.”

What to Do If You Forget Your NetBank Username or Password

If you can’t access your account because you forgot your username or password — or both — don’t panic. Follow the steps for your device to recover your sign-in credentials.

Reset Your NetBank Username or Password on a Computer

  1. Go NetBank.com.
  2. Find the green square in the upper left corner labeled “Login.”
  3. Click on “Forgot Your Password?”
  4. Forgotten Password: Enter the phone number and username associated with your account and click on “Send me a new password.”
  5. Forgotten Username: To the right of “Send me a new password,” click on the blue link that says, “I forgot my username.”
  6. Enter the email associated with your account.
  7. Click on “Send.”

Reset Your NetBank Username or Password on a Phone or Tablet

  1. Go to NetBank.com.
  2. Click on the small, green rectangle in the upper left corner labeled “Login.”
  3. A menu will slide in from the left.
  4. Click on “Forgot Password?”
  5. Follow step No. 4 or No. 5 from the desktop instructions.

Reset Your NetBank Account on the App

  1. Open the NetBank app.
  2. Click on “More” in the bottom right corner.
  3. Click on the second button from the top titled, “Recover Credentials.”
  4. Follow step No. 4 or No. 5 from the desktop instructions.
