Finding an Existing Fidelity Login

If an account login has already been set up, the username and password can be retrieved by navigating to Fidelity’s web browser or mobile app and selecting “Forgot username or password?” Then, enter your information and verify your identity to retrieve the username or reset the password.

Registering for online or mobile access to a Fidelity account is relatively simple. To set up online access to an existing Fidelity account:

  1. Go to the Fidelity Login screen online or on the Fidelity mobile app.
  2. Click or tap “Register Now.”
  3. Enter name, date of birth and the last four digits of the Social Security number associated with the account.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process and set up the account username and password.

Once the registration process is complete, the Fidelity account can be accessed online or via the mobile app. These login credentials can be used across all Fidelity service channels associated with the account holder’s Social Security number

Fidelity account holders can visit for account access. Click the “Log In” link in the top toolbar to access the login screen and enter the account username and password. 

Logging Into a Fidelity Account on a Mobile Device

The easiest way to access a Fidelity account on a mobile device is by using the Fidelity mobile app. Once the Fidelity app is downloaded to a mobile device, a user can launch the app, tap the “Log In” link and enter their username and password to access account information.

Some Fidelity account information can be accessed using Fidelity’s telephone services. Usernames and passwords containing letters must be entered as numbers in a Fidelity phone system. How To Update a Fidelity Username or Password 

Account holders can easily update login credentials as necessary. Once a user is logged in, they can visit the “Update Your Profile” page and update the account username and password in Security Settings.

How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password

A forgotten username and password can be retrieved as follows:

Retrieving A Password

  1. Go to the Fidelity Login screen online or on the Fidelity mobile app.
  2. Click or tap the “Forgot username or password?” link.
  3. Enter name, date of birth and the last four digits of the Social Security number associated with the account.
  4. Select either the “Reset Password” or “Lookup Username” option. Fidelity will send an identity verification code to the mobile number or email on file for the account, depending on the verification option chosen.
  5. Enter the verification code when prompted on the Fidelity website or the mobile app. Retrieve the username for the account or create a new password as prompted.

Ways To Use a Fidelity Login

Once logged in to a Fidelity account, whether online or via the mobile app, account holders can view account information and statements, transfer funds, access tax forms and more. The account information accessed and transactions performed will vary by account type.

The mobile app can be used to deposit checks into eligible Fidelity accounts.
