7 Aldi Fan Favorites That the Middle Class Needs To Buy This Fall

The results of Aldi’s Fan Favorites survey are in! In a Sept. 24 press release, the supermarket chain announced 13 Aldi items had been named most-loved by shoppers in its annual survey.

Many of these beloved items, including pizza, salmon and peppers, are inexpensive enough to be within the budget for middle-class grocery shoppers. Keep reading to find out which seven Aldi fan favorites the middle class should shop for this fall.

Clancy’s restaurant-style tortilla chips tied with another Aldi favorite in the DoorDash Delights category. 

If the cost of name-brand tortilla chips has been biting into your grocery budget, shoppers will be excited to shop the Clancy’s brand for its great value. Each 14-ounce bag of tortilla chips is just under $2 each. Use the chips to make nachos during football season or pair with your favorite dip for a solo snack.

Tying with Clancy’s tortilla chips in the DoorDash Delights category is Mama Cozzi’s pizza kitchen pepperoni deli pizza. 

This longtime Aldi fan favorite is the perfect freezer meal to keep handy in middle-class households on the nights when you need a quick meal and don’t want to expense eating out. The winner of the Top Catch category is Aldi’s Atlantic salmon portions. According to the Aldi website, there’s an average of one pound of salmon per package. This comes out to spending about $9.19 per pound. 

Loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids and protein, these salmon portions are an excellent purchase for middle-class shoppers and retirees alike. Glaze in honey garlic and pair with your favorite side dishes or cook and add to casseroles, salads or DIY sushi.
