9 Aldi Items Retirees Need To Buy Ahead of Spring

There’s a new arrival for every type of budget at Aldi. Whether you’re keeping purse strings tight to save money or have more wiggle room, retirees will be able to find spring items worth shopping for that won’t break the bank.

An Aldi representative reached out to GOBankingRates with March’s upcoming new arrivals and Aldi Finds, and we selected nine items retirees will want to buy. Keep reading to see what should be on your shopping list and when you can expect its availability at your local Aldi.

• Price: $6.99

New Kirkton House spring mat designs are now available to shop at Aldi. Choose from “hello spring,” the playful “please leave,” pawprints, pastels or a bright sunflower pattern.

If you love cutesy planters, you’ll want to snap up a few of the new Belavi ceramic planters. 

Planter designs include mushrooms and snails and are much cheaper at Aldi compared to competing retailers. A similar snail-themed planter from Abbott Collection retails for $17 on Amazon.

Savvy shoppers (and pet owners) will want to add the new Heart to Tail quilted pet carrier to their shopping carts. 

These pet carriers make it a breeze to travel during spring break with your favorite furry friend and protect their paws as sidewalks heat up this summer. Carriers will be available at Aldi beginning March 12.

New Kirkton House reversible chair pads are inexpensive ways to cushion hard seating, like dining room chairs, or refresh outdoor patio and deck furniture. Floral, gingham and lemon prints will all be available to shop at Aldi starting March 12.

There’s a ton of new Aldi Gear dropping this March, but retirees won’t want to miss out on shopping for new Aldi vests. These comfortable vests come in white and navy colors and are perfect for pairing with long sleeve tops on cooler spring days. Expect to find them at your local Aldi on March 19.

You’ll reuse the new Aldi Gear shopping bag for more than just grocery runs. Starting March 19, retirees can find these reusable bags in several fun designs at their nearest Aldi.
