While Sam’s Club’s in-house brand, Member’s Mark, provides customers with plenty of amazing everyday products at low prices, not every Member’s Mark offering is perfect. In fact, there are a few household products from the line that you may not want to not spend your money on during the month of April.

Liquid Laundry Detergent

Nothing beats fresh clean clothes on a spring day. However, if you are shopping at Sam’s Club, it may be best to avoid the Member’s Mark liquid laundry detergent.

While the product has received many positive reviews on the website, some one-star reviews cite the laundry detergent’s strong smell. Other reviewers noted that this detergent caused skin irritation or rashes.

Spring Paper Plates

Hosting a party this spring? If so, you’ll likely need paper plates to serve your guests up delicious foods. However, the Member’s Mark spring paper plates from Sam’s Club may be best avoided.

While they are beautifully designed and perfect for the season, customers reported that the flower pattern is made with dyes and colors that come off easily, seeping into the food on the plate.

Sam’s Club customers have reported that these pans are prone to leaks and spills due to the flimsy quality of the materials in the product.

Two-Ply Paper Towels

Recent reviews claim that the quality of these have gone down recently. So while you might be getting 15 rolls, each with 150 sheets, you could go through them in no time due to lack of quality.

The Member’s Mark eight-piece fliplock pantry storage containers look like a bargain at first. After all, who wouldn’t want all the different containers in this package to store their favorite pantry staples and dry goods?

Unfortunately, many unhappy Sam’s Club customers have noted that these containers break easily, with cracks letting in bugs and other pests.
