Labor Day weekend is here, which means it’s already time to start prepping for fall. Dollar Tree sells a variety of seasonal, holiday and everyday items geared toward families, such as crafts, decorations and air fresheners.

We’ve rounded up the eight best Dollar Tree items for families to buy ahead of the upcoming fall season. From anti-bacterial hand sanitizer (just in time for back-to-school season) to carvable foam pumpkins, here are Dollar Tree must-have buys.

If you’re on the hunt for some DIY fall home decor to do with the kiddos, these carvable foam pumpkins received rave reviews on Dollar Tree’s website. Each pumpkin is 5.5×4.5 inches and has a green stem. It’s completely made from foam so you can carve designs into it just like a real pumpkin. But unlike a real pumpkin, these can last year-round.

You can also decorate them with paint, glitter, floral arrangements and almost any other decoration you can think of.
