No matter how you plan to travel this summer, whether by plane, train or car, or where you roam, don’t forget to check out Costco for must-haves to pack along on the journey. The warehouse club carries a surprising number of little luxuries all designed to help shoppers save money and ensure happy, safe travels.
Before you set up your OOO message, check out our top seven recommended little luxuries to buy at Costco.
Liquid I.V. Electrolyte Drink Mix
- Price: $29.99
Replenish your electrolytes on the go with Liquid I.V.’s electrolyte drink mix. Scientifically formulated to hydrate faster than if drinking water alone, each resealable pouch comes with 30 individually wrapped drink mixes. Slip a few into your luggage, backpack or handbag in the tropical punch flavor for a refreshing mid-day boost.
Apple AirTag
- Price: $74.99
Keep an eye on your checked luggage with a set of four Apple AirTags. Simply activate the device and pair the AirTag with your Apple ID to track in the Find My app. Then, attach the AirTag to your checked item and view its location via Find My.
“Picked up two four-packs prior to a recent European holiday. Used one in each of our (four) suitcases, plus backpack, wife’s handbag, passport wallet and umbrella. I was able to track everything with relative ease, including checked baggage going through the airport and onto the plane. Easy to set up alerts when something is ‘left behind’ and lets you know the last location detected. Great peace of mind on our trip,” wrote TandR in a five-star review.
Thank You Farmer Sun Cream
- Price: $32.99
You may have already packed sunscreen on your travels, but what about sun cream from Thank You Farmer? This SPF 50+ cream is ideal for travelers with sensitive skin and made with eight soothing ingredients, including honeysuckle flower extract and eggplant fruit extract, to relieve inflamed and irritated skin.
Each two-pack is available to buy online at Costco and is FSA eligible for members with flexible spending accounts.
Baggallini Securtex Crossbody Bag
- Price: $39.99
Protect valuables such as passports and IDs, cash and smartphones when you wear Baggallini’s anti-theft crossbody bag.
This lightweight bag is designed with locking zippers, an RFID-protected interior passport pocket, a back wallet with RFID protection, and a cut-resistant double cable strap. Choose from black, gray or multicolor options — all available to purchase online only.
Roxy RX7014 Polarized Sunglasses
- Price: $47.99
Sunglasses are a must for any summer travel, and we picked Roxy polarized sunglasses thanks to their sterling reviews from Costco shoppers.
Members praised the lightweight and comfortable fit, as well as the affordable price.
ThermoFlask Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle
- Price: $30.99
Whether you’re hiking, on a long international flight or spending a day on the road, you won’t want to be without a ThermoFlask insulated bottle.
Each bottle has a 64-ounce capacity for water and its insulation is designed to keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours. A leak-proof straw lid is included for added ease in use. These bottles are available to buy online only at Costco in your choice of light gray or purple.
That’s it Mini Fruit Bars
- Price: $15.99
Since we didn’t spot any reviews for That’s it mini fruit bars on the Costco website, we headed to the That’s it website to see what shoppers were saying and found more than 500 five-star reviews for the fruit bar variety pack housed there.
Better still, we also found it’s cheaper to buy a bag of That’s it from Costco than it would be to shop for the same fruit bars ($21.99) on the brand website. Each bag contains eight strawberry, eight mango and eight blueberry fruit bars, all in sizes small enough to fit into handbags, carry-ons and backpacks.
Editor’s note: Prices and availability are accurate as of June 14, 2025, and are subject to change.
