Apple held its Worldwide Developers Conference earlier this month, and while the tech giant announced many new software updates, it left many Apple fans wondering what will happen on the hardware front.

While much remains to be seen and could change as the year progresses, some of the most hotly anticipated Apple products coming soon include the following:

iPhone 17 Lineup

Arguably the star in Apple’s product portfolio is the iPhone, with a new version typically released every September. This year, Apple is expected to unveil the next generation of iPhones under the iPhone 17 name.

While pricing and specifics have not been announced, the Wall Street Journal reported that Apple is considering higher iPhone prices without attributing the higher prices to tariffs. The current base price of the iPhone 16 is $799, and as CNET reported, the iPhone is due for its roughly once-every-five-year price increase of around $50 to $130.

In addition to the base model, several rumors point to a new, thinner model — the iPhone17 Air — replacing the “Plus” variation (though it’s unclear whether the Air will cost more than the iPhone 16 Plus, or if the base model gets more expensive, if there will be proportionate increases for the Air). The new lineup is also expected to include the next generation of the more expensive Pro and Pro Max variations.

AirPods Pro 3

Another anticipated new product is the AirPods Pro 3, though speculation varies among those who think the earbuds will be released alongside the new iPhones in September, or if these will come out in 2026. Either way, these new headphones are expected to include advancements such as having heart rate monitoring capabilities.

Pricing rumors suggest Apple will keep the same base price of $249 as it has for previous AirPods Pro models, although tariffs could affect that. The situation remains fluid.

Apple Watch Ultra 3

In addition to the Apple Watch Series 11, part of what’s typically an annual release like the updates to the iPhone lineups, rumors suggest that the Apple Watch Ultra 3 will arrive this September after this premium line of Apple Watches did not get a new version in 2024.

AppleInsider reported the Apple Watch Ultra 3 could have satellite connectivity, and is expected to retail for the same price as when the Apple Watch Ultra 2 came out: $799.

AirTag 2

A new version of the AirTag is also expected to come soon, perhaps with the announcement of the new iPhone lineup expected in September. New iOS26 code, reviewed and reported by Macworld, suggests the next generation of the AirTag will have enhanced Bluetooth communication and battery-related features.

Pricing is unclear at this time, but the current version costs $29, and can often be found on sale, especially if bought in bulk. So, the AirTag 2 might stay relatively affordable if history is any precedent.

Ted Lasso Season 4

While not exactly a product like some of these other anticipated releases, a new season of the hit Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso is confirmed, albeit without a release date. However, Collider suggested a new season could be reasonably expected to arrive by the summer of 2026, and the show will include several new characters.

An Apple TV+ subscription typically costs $9.99 per month, but you generally get three months free when buying a new Apple device. So, you might consider timing your purchase of a new product for when you can also binge some of your favorite series.
