When you head into a store and make a purchase, the cashier can then scan your card, which is like a barcode, and instantly apply all of the relevant perks. You can also make orders through the app, with free delivery and shipping benefits available.

Those who upgrade to an ExtraCare Plus membership for $5 a month will get even more chances to save. When a cashier scans their digital card, they’ll get 20% off CVS Health brand products. These members also receive monthly bonus rewards, which automatically update and apply.
