Savvy shoppers looking to save money on their July Dollar Tree shopping run will be on the hunt for the best buys to make now. And with tons of new arrivals across departments like seasonal essentials, back-to-school supplies and bath and beauty, it’s tough to know what should be on your shopping list.
Luckily, GOBankingRates has done the legwork and hand-selected 22 new arrivals to add to your cart. You might buy a few, or several, but you can’t deny these new items are worth buying at Dollar Tree.
Must-Haves for Birthday Parties
Got a lot of birthdays left to plan for in 2025? Trim costs by shopping for party supplies at Dollar Tree.Â
This July, you can find gift wrap ($1.25) in new character prints like Paw Patrol and Disney Princesses and holographic party table covers ($1.25) to add some sparkle to birthday parties and more fun celebrations.Â
Make sure guests know where in the neighborhood to find the party with a birthday yard sign decoration ($1.25) available in a variety of festive styles.
Affordable Bath and Beauty
Compared to shopping at a big-box retailer or online marketplace, it’s a lot cheaper to pick up bath and beauty products at Dollar Tree. For example, new Crayola finger paint soap costs $1.25 each and $10.99 for a pack of five soaps on Amazon. You could buy five Crayola soaps from Dollar Tree and spend only $6.25.Â
Other new toiletries worth the money include Eve St. Claire body wash in pineapple papaya ($1.25 for a 20-ounce bottle) and GuruNanda breath harmonizer oral rinse ($1.25), which boasts up to 12 hours of fresh breath after use.
Brand-New Home Essentials
We don’t always see tabletop fans available at Dollar Tree and these are absolutely worth the money to keep cool amid blistering heatwaves. These $5 fans are ideal for keeping on desks as you work and feature an extended height of 14 inches, a built-in stand for your smartphone and the ability to rotate 180 degrees for maximum coolness.
The roller sponge mop ($5) is another new arrival not to miss out on, especially if you want to save money. Most roller mops can cost anywhere from $13 to $40 for brand names. Use it in kitchens, dining rooms, entryways and any other floors else in your space that need a thorough clean.
Back-To-School Supplies for Under $5
July is not too early to start shopping for back-to-school supplies. At Dollar Tree, shoppers can find tons of items on their shopping list for $5 or less.
Pick up a new backpack ($5) in a variety of cute character prints like My Little Pony and Bluey. Shop the two-pack of Jot laminated folders ($1.25), 70-page spiral notebooks ($1.25) and three-ring binders ($1.25) to organize class paperwork and take notes.Â
Fill up a Jot mesh pencil pouch ($1.25) with Playskool’s nontoxic glue ($1.25 for a 2-in-1 set) and a package of 60 pencil toppers ($1.25) to ensure you always have extra erasers handy.
This is just a sneak peek of the new school supplies to shop at Dollar Tree. The total cost for all seven items? Just $12.50.
Wicked Good Fall Deals
Dollar Tree has begun rolling out its fall and Halloween inventory and the early bird gets the spooktacular item before it’s sold out.
If you still feel like July is too early for Halloween shopping, pick up new autumnal goodies instead like harvest-themed beverage decorations ($1.50) or hand soap dispensers ($1.50) shaped like apples, acorns and pumpkins. You can even snag a three-piece pumpkin carving kit for the low price of $1.50.
And if you believe every day is Halloween, sink your teeth into these fangtastic new arrivals. Crafters will love the dramatic Halloween roses with bats and skulls ($1.25 each) for fashioning into wreaths and centerpiece displays.Â
A 12-count pack of indoor Halloween lights is only $1.50 with bats, pumpkins and skulls to choose from while iridescent pumpkins ($3 each) and skeleton hand plastic champagne flutes ($1.50) create a moody, spooky ambiance at every table setting.Â
Editor’s note: Prices and availability are accurate as of June 24, 2025, and are subject to change.Â
