Super Bowl LIX kicks off Feb. 9, which will be here before you know it. Savvy shoppers hosting parties are not only buying everything they need early, but they’re heading to Dollar Tree to save some money.
GOBankingRates dug through the Game Day Headquarters hubpage on the Dollar Tree website and found nine items worth buying if you’re on a $25 limit. Altogether, shoppers spend $11.25 on these items. Take a look at what’s worth your money for Super Bowl Sunday.
Gold Mylar ‘Game Day’ Balloon Kits
- Price: $1.25
Decorate on a dime with a gold Mylar game day balloon kit. These kits are an incredible value at Dollar Tree, with every set including seven balloons that spell out “Game Day,” one straw and one string. Each balloon is easy to inflate and self-sealing.
Football-Shaped Paper Plates
- Price: $1.25
Add a sleeve of football-shaped paper party plates to your shopping cart before they’re sold out. Each package contains 14 paper plates that measure at 7 inches by 9 inches, to hold all your favorite game-day snacks. Plus, they make cleanup at the end of the night a breeze as you can throw them out after use.
Tailgating Football Can Coozie Cooler Sleeves
- Price: $1.25
The benefit of buying a tailgating football coozie now from Dollar Tree is all the reuses it has later on.
Available in football and football field designs, these coozies can be reused again and again post-Super Bowl. Take them to tailgating events, bring them outside on the patio or keep them near the couch while watching all of your other favorite Sunday night sports.
Yellow Plastic Utensils
- Price: $1.25
If you’re not sure you have enough plasticware at home, consider grabbing a bag of yellow plastic utensils during your shopping run. Every bag comes with 48 forks, spoons and knives.
Mini Red Plastic Solo Cups
- Price: $1.25
These mini red plastic cups are great for quenching your thirst and a Dollar Tree bonus buy.
Instead of being packaged with 20 cups, shoppers receive 22 cups. For the money, this comes out to paying about six cents per cup.
Football-Themed Paper Snack Cups
- Price: $1.25
Serve up snacks in these festive football-themed paper snack cups. Each package contains six cups with a fun football field design.
Green Plastic Table Covers
- Price: $1.25
Protect your table with a plastic table cover.
Because it’s Super Bowl Sunday, we recommend shopping for any plastic table covers that are color coordinated or on theme. If you can’t find a simple green table cover, consider buying the football-themed plastic table cover (also priced at $1.25).
Football Dip Tray
- Price: $1.25
We have a pretty good feeling that the football dip tray will sell quickly, thanks to its festive shape and inexpensive price tag.
Fill it up with your favorite snacks and dips like crackers, chips, salsa, guacamole and more. As a bonus, you can reuse this dip tray during Super Bowl 2026 and during any other upcoming parties.
RC Cola
- Price: $1.25
Looking to save money on soda? Pick up a few bottles of RC Cola. These 2-liter bottles are just $1.25 each, but they do come with the caveat that these are in-store purchases only. Reach out to your local Dollar Tree to see whether they’re in stock.
