Debit and Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards: For questions about debit cards, including reporting a lost or stolen card or requesting a replacement, call 1-800-869-3557. 
  • Credit Cards: For help managing your credit card account, call 1-800-642-4720. 
  • International Credit Card Calls: To call collect from an international number, dial 1-925-825-7600 for credit card help. 
  • Application Status: Call 1-800-967-9521 to check the status of a Wells Fargo Visa Credit Card application. 
  • Reward Redemption: You can redeem credit card rewards by calling 1-877-517-1358.
  • Fraud: To file a fraud claim regarding your Wells Fargo credit card, call the number on the back of your card.

  • Personal Loans: For a new personal loan, call 1-877-526-6332 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. For personal line of credit servicing, call 1-800-946-2626 or 1-877-269-6056 for personal loan or Flex Loan servicing, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7. p.m., Monday to Friday.
