Barbecuing for a big group this June, or want to get your household’s pantry stocked up ahead of vacations and summer travel? It’s time for a Costco run to grab some Kirkland Signature brand groceries: all priced low enough to save money without compromising good taste.Â
Keep in mind that these prices are pulled from the Costco Business Center website and may vary at your local warehouse club. From hot dogs to protein-fueled snack packs, here are the five best Kirkland Signature foods to buy this June at Costco.
Kirkland Signature Beef Hot Dogs
- Price: $20.19
Whether you’re hosting a cookout to celebrate the Fourth of July or need an easy weeknight dinner, summertime is the perfect time for Kirkland Signature beef hot dogs.Â
You’ll receive three packages of hot dogs with 12 links in each package for a total of 36 hot dogs. This comes out to paying about 56 cents per hot dog: a bulk bargain! These fully cooked hot dogs are ready in just minutes on the grill and can be refrigerated and frozen for a longer shelf life.
Kirkland Signature Crushed Red Pepper
- Price: $4.59Â
Spice up all sorts of meals, like pizza, fried eggs, chili and more with Kirkland Signature crushed red pepper. Each container weighs in at 10 ounces and costs less than $5 apiece.
Kirkland Signature Organic Blueberries
- Price: $9.49
Swap out more costly fresh blueberries for frozen organic blueberries instead.Â
Each bag from the Kirkland Signature brand contains three pounds of frozen blueberries, which can be thawed out and enjoyed in smoothies, desserts or snacking solo. Remember to reseal the bag and return it to the freezer if you have any leftovers.
Kirkland Signature Cheese, Fruit and Nut Snack Packs
- Price: $12.19
Take a healthy snack break that costs less than a dollar (yes, really!) with the cheese, fruit and nut snack packs.Â
These Kirkland Signature variety packs include eight packs of white cheddar with sea salted almonds and dried cranberries and eight packs of sharp cheddar with sea salted cashews and dried cranberries. This comes out to a total of 16 snack packs, or spending about 76 cents per pack. The cheese is perishable, so remember to keep it refrigerated.Â
Kirkland Signature Chewy Protein Bar (42-Count)
- Price: $16.99
If you’re traveling and need some snacks handy that don’t require refrigeration, add a box of Kirkland Signature chewy protein bars to your Costco shopping cart.Â
Each gluten-free bar contains a mix of peanut butter and semisweet chocolate chips and can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Every box is packed with 42 protein bars, coming out to about 40 cents each.
