There’s a new arrival for every room in your space, and every type of budget, at Ikea. In fact, there are roughly 1,127 new items available to shop, according to the Ikea website.
Since most shoppers won’t be able to buy every new item for sale, GOBankingRates culled through the listings and found seven products under $100 worth your investment. From affordable duvet covers for the kids to a spaghetti server that costs less than a dollar, consider adding these seven new Ikea products to your shopping cart.
BAGGMUCK Shoe Tray
- Price: $1.99
Protect your floors from slush, snow and dirt with a Baggmuck shoe tray. At just under $2 each, these trays measure at 18×14 inches and are ideal for keeping in hallways, front door entrances and backdoor/garage entrances.
Some Ikea shoppers even left comments saying they use these trays for more than shoe storage. Other creative uses for clean trays include keeping under plants and using as a base for drying clean dishes.
SMULGUBBE Plant Pot With Saucer
- Price: $3.49
Fill your home with spring greens this winter using a Smulgubbe plant pot. Each pot measures at 5 1/2 inches tall and comes with a saucer. Use these clay pots indoors and outdoors and fill with plants, succulents, cacti and/or flowers.
SKOGSDUVA Duvet Cover and Pillowcase(s)
- Price: $24.99
We feel pretty confident that the adorable otters and hedgehogs printed on this Skogsduva duvet cover and pillowcase set will sell Ikea shoppers on making a purchase. Available in twin sizing, this set includes a duvet cover and pillowcase and is perfect for twin-sized kids’ beds.
FRÖJDA Tealight Holder
- Price: $2.99
Store tealight candles safely and stylishly inside a Frojda tealight holder.
“This tealight holder is very pretty and looks much more expensive than it is. Lovely size and hefty weight make for a simple touch of beauty in any room,” wrote an anonymous reviewer in a five-star review.
RÖDFLIK Desk Lamp
- Price: $24.99
Replace any old desk lamps you may have and stay within a $25 budget with a Rodflik desk lamp. Each lamp is available in gray-green and light beige color options. (Lightbulbs are sold separately.”
“Looks like a high priced lamp but very affordable,” wrote Paula in a five-star review. “I also have the matching floor lamp in the same color. Really like the flexibility so I can aim the light on my work area and not in my face.”
ÅTERLÖGA Pouffe
- Price: $79.99
What’s an Aterloga pouffle? Essentially, it’s an ottoman and Ikea’s new arrival also comes with a large storage space inside.
Available in dark gray and light blue colors, this pouffle may be used in living rooms and bedrooms to rest your feet on and store various items, like throw blankets or pillows.
STRÅLFENA Spaghetti Server
- Price: $0.99
Time to toss out cheap plastic spoons that melt in pots of boiling water and replace them with a Stralfena spaghetti server.
Made of solid wood, these servers come with a hole that allows you to measure out two portions of pasta and “fingers” to grab the spaghetti pasta in the pot and serve it. At just under $1 each, it’s a steal for the price and even cheaper than dollar store alternatives.
