Matt Granite, known as The Deal Guy, shared his top finds at Dollar Tree for the month of February in a YouTube video and GOBankingRates breaks down the best smart buys from his picks for the month to grab before they’re gone. 

Road Trip Ready Bags

  • Price: $1.25 for 10 bags

If you’re planning a road trip this summer, Granite recommended the road-trip-ready, adhesive-equipped trash bag, which can stick to the back of a seat. It’s a great way to hold trash and maintain a clean car. 

“This tear and stick option, priced at $1.25 for 10 bags, can be easily peeled off and thrown away as soon as it’s full,” he said. 

Plastic Organizer Buckets

  • Price: $1.25

You can never have too much organization. Whether you need to tidy up shelves in the pantry, bathroom or garage, the plastic organizer bucket is a great find, according to The Deal Guy. 

Belt Bag

  • Price: $1.25

Sometimes you just need a belt bag and Dollar Tree has nice quality ones in a variety of colors.

“These new belt bags are unlike anything I’ve seen at Dollar Tree before,” Granite said. “[They] could work for a one-time event or concert or even dog treats on a walk.”

Wall Art Hooks

  • Price: $1.25

The floral wall art hooks from Dollar Tree are vintage inspired and look great with a wood backing or alone on a wall. They’re ideal for hanging anything from towels, keys and hats — and “are certainly a conversation piece if this is your style,” Granite said. The hooks are a cheap and chic way to spruce up a hallway or bathroom.

LED Candles 

  • Price: $1.25

LED candles are safe, long-lasting and stylish and according to The Deal Guy, Dollar Tree has an excellent option for those who want to ditch real candles.

“These new realistic looking ones with melted wax around the side are terrific with a nice LED flickering effect that looks awesome in person,” he said.

St. Patrick’s Day Decor

  • Price: $1.25

St. Patrick Day is a few weeks away, but now is the time to stock up on your decor. Dollar Tree currently has a wide-ranging selection of festive items including four leaf clover platters, hats, glittery green bow ties and The Deal Guy’s personal favorite, four-leaf clover shaped LED lights. Items are $1.25 each. 

Premium Tool Box

  • Price: $5.00

Savvy shoppers know that there’s much more to Dollar Tree now party supplies and basic essentials. In 2019, Dollar Tree launched its Plus section that quality items for $5.00. The Deal Guy shows off the Plus aisle in his video and shares items from the hardware assortment like a sturdy tool box.
