Amazon Prime Day has become synonymous with mega deals and massive savings, drawing millions of shoppers globally in search of the best bargains. Launched in July 2015 to commemorate Amazon’s 20th anniversary, Prime Day was initially a 24-hour event exclusive to Prime members.

The Instant Pot, a versatile multi-cooker, has been another standout product during Prime Day events since the first Prime Day in 2015. Known for its ability to function as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté pan and even a yogurt maker, the Instant Pot is an all-in-one kitchen device.

The Instant Pot’s popularity has been so immense that it has often sold out within hours of the sale starting. From 2015, when 24,000 Instant Pots were sold, Amazon saw a steady increase in sales, including 215,000 in 2016 and 300,000 in 2018.

In 2021, Prime members set a new record by purchasing more Fire TV devices during Prime Day than any earlier Prime Day.

Robot vacuum cleaners, particularly those from brands like iRobot and Eufy, have seen remarkable sales during Prime Day events. These automated cleaning devices promise to take the hassle out of vacuuming and floor cleaning. 

The convenience of scheduling cleanings via a smartphone app and letting a robot do the housework while you’re away has made robot vacuums a household staple. In 2021, the iRobot Roomba 692 Robot Vacuum was a top seller.

Apple AirPods have consistently been among the most coveted items during Prime Day. Known for their seamless integration with Apple devices, exceptional sound quality, and wireless convenience, AirPods have become a staple for music lovers and tech enthusiasts alike. When Prime Day discounts are applied, you can typically save around $50 on a pair of AirPods. In 2023, multiple models of AirPods, including 2^nd generation, 3^rd generation, 2^nd generation Pro and Max were on sale.
