Target Opened 7 Stores in Fall 2025: Here’s Where They Are

Target shared in a press release that it plans to open more than 300 new stores across the United States over the next decade. That’s in addition to enhancing its existing 2,000 stores with remodels and upgraded fixtures. If you live in select states, you won’t have to wait 10 years to save money by shopping at a new Target location, as seven new locations just opened this October.

Did your state get a new Target? If you live in Arizona, California, Florida, Nebraska, Virginia, South Carolina or Texas, you’re in luck. Here’s where the latest additions to Target’s fleet of stores just popped up.

Arizona

Arizona got its 48th Target location with the opening of the Queen Creek Gantzel and Combs location on Oct. 12. This store boasts 16,000 square feet of grocery space as part of its 146,000-square-foot layout. Target is leaning heavily into its stores-as-hubs strategy by including all of these sectors in this new location:

• Apple at Target
• CVS Pharmacy
• Target Optical
• Starbucks Cafe
• Disney Store at Target.

Shoppers will also enjoy the services they’ve come to rely on, like order pickup, drive-up and same-day delivery with Target Circle 360. Store hours are currently set as 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.

California

Fresno, California, now has another bullseye in the skyline with the opening of a new Target location. You’ll see a sprawling grocery section with fresh produce, meat and dairy within its 148,000-square-foot layout. For those who frequent the drive-up and order pickup services, there’s a canopy over those lanes to keep you comfortable while you wait. You’ll also find these sections in store:

• Disney at Target
• Apple at Target
• CVS Pharmacy
• Starbucks Cafe.

The official open date for this one was Oct. 19. The hours for this store are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and it’s open seven days a week.

Florida

Wesley Chapel Grove is the third Target opening in Florida this year. With 149,000 square feet, this location is planning to employ about 170 people. You’ll be able to check almost everything off your list shopping at this location, since it has a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks Cafe, Target Optical and Apple at Target sections.

If you prefer using Target’s order pickup or drive-up services, you won’t have to wait in the Florida sun to get your items since there will be a canopy over the pickup lanes. This location has store hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.

Nebraska

If you had been wondering what they were building on West 13th Street in Grand Island, the answer is a new Target location. This store opened on Oct. 12 and is a massive 148,000 square feet. It’ll be the first Target store in Grand Island and brings 16,000 square feet of fresh groceries, pantry items and other essentials.

At this location, shoppers will have a Starbucks Cafe, a CVS Pharmacy and an Apple at Target section. For convenience, shoppers also have Target services, including drive-up, order pickup and same-day delivery with Target Circle 360. Store hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.

South Carolina

Indian Land, South Carolina, got a huge new Target location of 149,000 square feet, which plans to employ 170 workers. It has an extensive grocery section, a Disney store, CVS Pharmacy and a Starbucks Cafe.

This location opened on Oct. 12 and has standard Target store hours.

Texas

On Oct. 19, Stafford got the second Target store opened in Texas this year. Texas has no shortage of Target stores with 159 locations, so it’s OK that this store has a slightly smaller footprint of 125,000 square feet. There won’t be a fresh produce section at this location, but you’ll still get many other amenities you’ve come to expect from the Bullseye:

• Drive-up service
• Order pickup service
• Same-day delivery for Target Circle 360 members
• Next-day delivery to Stafford addresses
• CVS Pharmacy
• Starbuck Cafe
• Target Optical.

This store’s hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.

Virginia

Last, but certainly not least, is the South Riding location in Sterling, Virginia, which opened on Oct. 12. The 148,000-square-foot store has a fresh grocery section and is slated to employ 170 people. As a larger location, shoppers will see more featured sections, including a Disney store at Target, an Apple at Target, a Starbucks Cafe and a CVS Pharmacy.

The store hours are standard, and you can expect the same services you’d find at other locations.
