But what do social media influencers recommend buying? Matt Granite, known as The Deal Guy on YouTube, recently shared a video outlining his 10 Costco recommendations to explore in February. 

Consider adding one, or more, of these recommended buys to your Costco shopping cart.

• Price: $22.99

Costco shoppers will be able to get several uses out of this 10-count package of PrepWorks silicone lids. 

Granite recommends these “highly practical” lids for use as trivets to protect countertops, covers in the microwave to prevent food from splattering and as grips to cover hands when opening stubborn jars.

• Price: $39.99

Spending more time indoors at home this winter? Use this time to clear out pollen, smoke and bacteria with a four-pack set of Filtrete filters. As an added bonus for your wallet, these filters are discounted $10 off their regular price through Feb. 23.

• Price: $209.99

Granite said anyone with spring organization plans should buy the Lifetime deck box. Each box is able to store 165 gallons worth of essentials and is UV protected. Granite said these boxes come equipped with hydraulic hinges to keep the lid open while you load it up with all your favorite spring garden accessories.

It’s also on sale, but not for too much longer. Now through Feb. 17, Costco members receive $30 in savings on their purchase.

According to Granite, sales on the Cosco 4-in-1 convertible hand truck occur just a few times each year at Costco. 

Right now, members can get $30 off the original price until Feb. 23. This hand truck can be used as a wagon or in a vertical formation and is the perfect purchase for shoppers who need to rearrange furniture or have plans to move this year.

Granite said he has never seen the Nordic Ware Basalt skillet set for sale before at Costco. 

Though this new arrival may appear to be on the pricey side, Granite said it’s a “score” to get three skillets in 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch sizes that are gas and induction ready for all of your cooking needs.

Invest in a high-quality garden hose that won’t tear or leak when you buy a Flexon contractor grade hose. 

Granite said this popular 100-foot hose is now restocked at Costco warehouses for the first time since early 2024.

• Price: $99.99

“I love these new Cascade sling chairs,” said Granite, adding that these new arrivals feature a slightly different design than the ones sold at Costco last year. 

These chairs are must-haves for watching the kiddos play their favorite sports or for relaxing at the park.

• Price: $16.99

For the money, the Rainforest men’s textured hoodie is already a great value, but Granite further recommends these hoodies based on how they feel.

“This is one of the softest items I have ever touched at Costco,” Granite said. “Even if you have no intention of buying it, I’d recommend feeling it.”

• Price: $21.99

Now through Feb. 23, Eddie Bauer men’s jeans are available for $5 off to Costco members. 

While Granite said he could find only one color for the denim at his warehouse, Costco members who shop online can choose from dark blue or blue jean colors in a wide range of men’s sizes.

• Price: $19.99

We covered deals on denim for the guys, but what about the women? Granite shared a new selection of Kirkland Signature ladies’ skinny jeans for sale at Costco this month, with prices not exceeding $20 per pair. Each pair of jeans is available in blue, light blue and black.
