The Home Depot Pro Xtra Loyalty Program is a free program for Home Depot professional customers. Once enrolled, customers can access special perks, business management tools, exclusive in-store and online sales and events, and much more. Pro Xtra’s exclusive benefits save members money and time.

How Does Pro Xtra Work?
Home Depot Pro Xtra members must make qualifying purchases at Home Depot during a calendar year between January 1 and December 31. Qualifying purchases are products and services at authorized Home Depot locations.
These purchases do not include taxes, fees, returns, gift cards or purchases made prior to the current calendar year. To earn Pro Xtra benefits, you must be a Home Depot member in good standing. Account purchase amounts reset each year.
How Do I Join Home Depot’s Rewards Program?
Creating a new Home Depot Pro Xtra account is easy. Visit The Home Depot website, navigate to “Join Pro Xtra,” and enter the required information. Select your business or trade and then select “Register for Pro Xtra.”
If you want to convert your consumer Home Depot account to a Pro Xtra account, simply sign into your account at homedepot.com.
- Select “My Account.”
- Select your “Account Profile.”
- Select “I’m a Pro customer.”
- Save your changes to create a Pro Xtra account form.
- Complete the “My Account Registration” form to activate your new Home Depot Pro Xtra Loyalty Program account.
What Are the Different Tiers of the Pro Xtra Loyalty Program?
The Home Depot Pro Xtra Loyalty Program has three tiers: Member, Elite and VIP. As a Pro Xtra Loyalty Program member, you can enjoy many benefits from shopping in-store and online. If you qualify for the Elite and VIP tiers, you can access even more perks. Here are the tier differences.

Qualifying Pro Xtra benefits vary by tier level and purchase amounts made during a program period:
- All Members: $0 – $24,999
- Elite Members: $25,000 – $249,000
- VIP Members: $250,000 and higher
There are also new benefits for Elite and VIP Pro Xtra members. Elite members automatically receive Bronze status, saving them an extra 10% on paint, solvents and primers. VIP members automatically save 20% on these paint products.
How Can I Access My Pro Xtra Benefits?
You can download the Home Depot app in the app store on your mobile device to access all of your Pro Xtra benefits. After downloading the app, creating a Pro Xtra account, and logging in, you can manage your account profile and take advantage of your member rewards.
You can track your online and in-store Pro Xtra purchases that earn your rewards. Just scan your Home Depot Virtual ID at the in-store checkout or log into your Pro Xtra account online. The app also stores your in-store and online offers.

Home Depot Pro Xtra Loyalty Program members can access additional benefits:
- Tool Rentals: Pro Xtra members can redeem tool rental perks to pay eligible tool rental costs at The Home Depot Rental Centers in the U.S. and its territories. To redeem rewards, you must present a valid Pro Xtra ID and Tool Rental Perk barcode on The Home Depot App.
- Pro Xtra Dollars: Members can receive Home Depot Digital Reward Cards, called Pro Xtra Dollars, to purchase products and services at The Home Depot stores in the U.S. and Canada. Simply present the mobile barcode from the Available Perks section of the app or web browser.
