After you provide this information, you can choose a username and password. Record this information, as you’ll need it the next time you log in.
  2. After you’ve set up your online account, link a bank account. You’ll need the name of your bank, the routing number and your bank account number.
  3. Once you’ve set up your bank account, you’re ready to make payments. You can choose any amount you want to pay, up to your full account balance. Remember to make at least the minimum payment due by 6 p.m. on your due date to avoid late fees.

Comenity Bank also offers an EasyPay option on its website. This lets you pay your bill without a username or password. Here’s how:

  3. Click on “Find My Account.”

Comenity Bank lets cardholders make payments by text. Here’s how to use the service:

  1. Set up text services through your online account.
  2. Make a payment by texting PAY to 36313 and following the prompts.
