Dillard’s department store offers customers two different credit card options for financing purchases such as apparel, footwear, accessories and housewares — the Dillard’s store credit card and the Dillard’s American Express credit card. To apply, you can fill out a Dillard’s credit card application in-store or call 800-643-8276 to request one by mail. As a Dillard’s cardholder, you’ll earn two rewards points for each dollar you spend. Once you earn 1,500 points, you can redeem them for a $10 rewards certificate or a 10-percent-off shopping pass. Each month, you’ll receive a bill for your purchases.

How to Make a Dillard’s Credit Card Payment Online

Paying your Dillard’s credit card online can save you the hassle of buying postage and mailing your payment. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the online payment center on the Dillard’s website.
  2. Sign up for an online account to create a Dillard’s login if you haven’t already done so.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Click the blue “Sign on” button.
  5. Follow the prompts to make your payment.

How to Make a Dillard’s Credit Card Payment by Mail

Dillard’s offers cardholders the option of paying by mail. Allow extra time for your payment to reach the payment address and be credited. To pay by mail, follow these steps:

  1. Write a check payable to “Dillard’s” for at least the minimum payment to avoid late fees. Pay the full amount of your last statement balance to avoid interest charges.
  2. Mail your Dillard’s payment to one of the three following addresses, depending on your location.

How to Make a Dillard’s Credit Card Payment by Phone

Dillard’s also offers the option of making a payment by phone Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to midnight CST and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. Here’s how:

You can also make an in-store payment by visiting the Dillard’s customer service department or requesting to make a payment at any register. Have your billing statement handy to expedite the process.

Dillard’s Credit Card Late Fees and Penalties

No matter which Dillard’s card you have, each month, you’ll have at least 23 days from the billing date of your statement to pay your entire balance to avoid interest. Paying the minimum payment by the due date will help you avoid late payments, but interest will still accrue. Missed or late payments incur the equivalent of the minimum amount due or $27, whichever is less. A fee of up to $37 will apply if you have more than one late payment within a six-month period.
