IKEA got its start as a mail-order catalog in Älmhult, Sweden back in 1953. Today, it’s a global home furnishing brand, with over 350 stores worldwide and more than five billion online shoppers.

For those who have an IKEA credit card, the furniture brand makes it very easy to make a payment — whether online, by phone or by mail. Cardholders can use any one of those methods to ensure payment gets credited on time.

IKEA Credit Card Login and Online Payment Options

IKEA offers two credit cards: the IKEA Visa Credit Card issued by Comenity Capital Bank — which was recently renamed Bread Financial — and the IKEA Projekt Credit Card, which is a store card. Both can be paid online in one of two ways.

Through the Account Center

To pay through the Account Center, cardholders must first register and create an IKEA credit card login. To register an account and create a login:

  1. Go to the IKEA website.
  2. Scroll to the bottom menu and choose “IKEA Credit Cards.”
  3. Select the IKEA Visa card or the IKEA Projekt card.
  4. Click the “Apply Now” button for your chosen card.
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts.

To make a payment through the account center, cardholders can log in and use the tools on the credit card issuer’s website to set up payment information and make payments.

Through EasyPay

Comenity offers an EasyPay option that allows cardholders to make a payment without logging in to the Account Center or registering for it. Cardholders can go to the EasyPay page and enter the following information:

  • Credit card number
  • Zip code
  • Identification type
  • Last four digits of their Social Security number, Social Insurance Number or Alternate Identification Number

For EasyPay users who have ACH payments set up in the Account Center, Comenity will use this account information to make the payment.

EasyPay users without a saved checking account will be prompted to enter the checking account information EasyPay will use to make the ACH transfer for the payment.

Good To Know

If cardholders register and set up payment information in the Account Center, they can avoid entering their checking account information each time they use EasyPay.

At this time, payments can only be processed from U.S. banks.

Online payments must be submitted by 5 p.m. EST on the due date to avoid a late fee.

IKEA Credit Card Payment by Mail

Cardholders have the option to make IKEA credit card payments by mail. Payments must be made by check or money order — not cash — for the minimum amount due. The check or money order and payment coupon should be mailed to the address that appears on the payment coupon.

If a payment coupon is not available, mail payments to:

IKEA Credit CardP.O. Box 659820San Antonio, Texas 78265

Payments must arrive before the due date to avoid late fees.

IKEA Credit Card Payment by Phone

Credit card payments can be made online by calling the IKEA Visa Signature customer care system at 1-866-518-3990.

Online payments must be submitted by 5 p.m. EST on the due date to avoid a late fee.
