Women’s clothing retailer LOFT offers two credit cards: the LOVE LOFT credit card and the LOVE LOFT MasterCard, both of which enable shoppers to earn rewards. With both cards, you’ll get 15 percent off when you open and use your card, 15 percent off the first Tuesday of every month, $15 off a purchase during your birthday month, five rewards points per dollar spent at Ann Inc. stores and a $20 rewards card for every 2,000 points earned. The LOVE LOFT MasterCard offers additional perks including points earned on all purchases and a $20 rewards card for your first purchase outside Ann Inc.
When it comes time to make your LOFT card payment, be sure to follow the steps below to make sure you don’t get hit with late fees, interest charges or damage to your credit score.
How to Make a LOFT Credit Card Payment by Mail
To pay your LOFT credit card by mail, follow these steps:
- Send a check, money order or cashier’s check payable in U.S. dollars to the name and address on your billing statement. Do not send cash.
- Include your payment stub with your payment. Do not staple the payment to the stub, and do not send any additional correspondence with your payment.
If your payment does not meet these requirements, it could cause a delay in processing or it might be rejected altogether.

How to Make a LOFT Credit Card Payment by Phone
LOFT LOVE credit card holders can make a payment by phone by calling the LOFT credit card customer service line at 866-907-5612 (TDD/TTY: 800-695-1788). LOVE LOFT MasterCard holders have a different customer care line number: 866-886-1009 (TDD/TTY: 800-695-1788). Note that these numbers are different from the general LOFT customer service number.
Payments can be made using the automated payment system for free — just have your checking account and routing number handy. If you choose to make a payment with a live representative, you will be charged a $9 fee.
How to Make a LOFT Credit Card Payment Online
To make a LOFT credit card payment online, you will first need to register for online account access. To register your account with either of the LOFT credit cards, you will need the following information:
- Your credit card account number
- Your ZIP/postal code
- Your Social Security number, social insurance number or alternate identification number
You will be able to choose a username and create a password for your LOFT credit card login, as well as link the account to your email address and mobile phone number.
Once you are registered, you will need to have your checking account number and bank routing number available to make a payment. This information will be securely stored for future payments.
Note that to avoid a late fee, you must pay at least the minimum amount due before 8 p.m. EDT, on or before the due date. The financial transfer from your bank account for online payments might take up to two days to complete.
How to Make a LOFT Credit Card Payment in Store
LOVE LOFT credit cardholders can make payments in-store via cash, check or with a debit card. Unfortunately, you cannot make LOVE LOFT MasterCard payments in-store.
What to Do If Your LOFT Credit Card Payment Is Late
Your payment due date for the LOVE LOFT Credit Card is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle, and for the LOVE LOFT MasterCard, it is at least 23 days after the close of each billing cycle. You will not be charged interest on purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month.
Overdue payments can be made via any of the methods above. With both cards, you might be charged a late payment fee of up to $38 if you do not make payments by the specified due date.
