Sephora customers can register on Sephora.com to apply for the beauty retailer’s credit card program. The program offers two cards: the Sephora credit card and the Sephora Visa® credit card. Once approved, applicants can join Sephora’s free Beauty Insider loyalty program, save on beauty products with Insider points and redeem free purchase rewards.

How To Pay Your Sephora Bill Online

Current Sephora credit card holders can quickly pay their bills online. Here’s how:

  1. Sign into your Sephora account online and look for the EasyPay option in the navigation.
  2. Select “EasyPay,” and you’ll be redirected to the EasyPay webpage.
  3. Enter your Sephora credit card account number and ZIP code.
  4. Select your identification type: Social Security Number, social insurance number or alternate identification number.
  5. Enter the last four digits of your SSN or SIN or your entire AIN.
  6. Select “Find My Account.”
  7. You will then be redirected to your Sephora credit card account page.
  8. Follow the prompts to make a bill payment.

How To Make a Payment Through Comenity Bank

Sephora credit card accounts are issued by Comenity Bank, which is part of Bread Financial. As such, Sephora credit card and Sephora Visa® credit card customers can pay their Sephora bills directly through Bread Financial. Find your account at breadfinancial.com to make payments and manage your Sephora credit card account:

  1. Type “Sephora” in the “Search Brand Credit Cards” search box.
  2. Select your credit card type from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Next to your Sephora credit card type, select “Learn More or Sign In.”
  4. Sign into your Sephora account online and use the EasyPay option in the navigation.
  5. Follow the prompts to make a bill payment.

How To Pay Your Sephora Bill by Phone

In addition to paying credit card bills online, Sephora credit card and Sephora Visa® credit card holders can make payments and manage their accounts by phone with customer service. For help with paying your Sephora credit card, call 1-866-864-7787.

How To Make Sephora Credit Card Payments by Mail

If you prefer to make your Sephora credit card payments by mail, simply include a check or enter your bank payment card information with your monthly billing statement and mail it to the address provided on your bill.
