If you forgot your username, you’ll need to do the following:

  1. Select either the personal or business account options.
  2. Provide your Bank of the West debit card number.
  3. Provide your Social Security number.

To retrieve your password:

  1. Enter your username.
  2. Enter your email address associated with your account.

If you still need help resetting your password, call customer service at 800-488-2265 and select option 3.
