As a VyStar customer, you can tap into its services through online banking. Here’s a quick look at what you’ll find in this guide:

How To Log In to Your VyStar Credit Union Account From a Computer

To log in to your account, first go to VyStar’s homepage:

  1. Click the “Login” button located in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. You will be brought to the login page, where you will then enter your username and password in the corresponding fields.
  3. Click “Login.”

How To Enroll in Online Banking

If you need to enroll in VyStar online banking, click the “Not yet enrolled for Internet Banking?” link at the bottom of the login screen. Once you reach the enrollment page, you’ll follow the prompts:

  1. Accept the terms of service.
  2. Choose how you want to authenticate. You can use either your VyStar debit/ATM card or your VyStar savings account number.

Whichever you choose, you’ll also need to provide your Social Security number and date of birth to complete enrollment.

How To Log In to Your VyStar Credit Union Account From a Mobile Phone or Tablet

VyStar offers an app for its customers who prefer to have their banking in the palm of their hand. The VyStar mobile app is available for iPhones, Android devices and Amazon Kindles. To log in:

  1. Download and open the app.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Activate your account. You can opt to get an access code via a text message or validate via a phone call.

How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password

If you need to reset your VyStar password, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link next to the password field on the login page.
  2. You’ll be brought to the password reset page, where you’ll enter your username and date of birth.
  3. Click “Next” and follow the instructions to set a new password.

If you’ve forgotten your username, here are the steps to recover it:

  1. Click the “Forgot Your Username?” link next to the username field on the login page.
  2. You’ll be directed to the username recovery page, where you’ll enter your Social Security number or employer identification number, your name and one of the following:
    • Debit card number (last six digits)
    • Primary savings account number
    • Member number
  3. Click “Submit and Continue” and follow the instructions to recover your username.

How To View Your VyStar Statement Information

You can access your statement information by using VyStar’s online and mobile banking platforms. Just log in and choose the account whose statement you want to view. If you want to sign up for electronic statements:

  1. Log in to your VyStar online account.
  2. Select “Settings/Service.”
  3. Select “View e-Statements.”
  4. Click “Accept” on the e-statement agreement.

VyStar will then send you an email whenever your new statement is available.
